Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your travel documents (e.g., itinerary, vouchers) and must inform Cambodia Biking of any discrepancies. Ensure that your passport, visa, and travel insurance are valid and arranged prior to your travel.
Liability
Cambodia Biking does not provide personal liability insurance to the guests on the trip. We suggest that each guest has the relevant Personal Health Insurance for traveling in with us (in Cambodia Asia) and that it covers activities such as cycling. In the Asia there is not extensive first aid support such as ambulances and modern medical practices. We provide a support vehicle for such instance
All clients participating in our tours are required to sign the Liability & Waiver Agreement prior to departure. Please review and understand this form carefully.
Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the tour cost. It is the traveler’s responsibility to check whether their domestic health insurance covers international travel. We recommend contacting your insurance provider for detailed coverage information. Cambodia Biking highly recommends obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, lost deposits, baggage loss, personal injury, and even death. If you choose to decline insurance, you will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging this decision.
