Your adventure begins with a hotel pickup in Siem Reap between 7:00 and 7:30 AM, followed by a transfer to our office on Wat Bo Road, where you will meet your guide for a professional bike fitting and tour briefing before setting off on today's ride.

Cycle along quiet backroads through peaceful countryside to West Baray, the magnificent 11th-century reservoir built during the Khmer Empire, where you'll learn about its remarkable engineering and historical significance. Along the way, stop to visit a local family producing kralan—Cambodia's famous sticky rice cooked inside bamboo—and discover how this traditional delicacy is prepared using time-honored techniques.

Continue cycling to Krabie Riel Village, where you will be warmly welcomed into a traditional Khmer home. Stroll through the family's vegetable garden to learn about locally grown herbs and fresh ingredients before joining a hands-on Cambodian cooking class. Under the guidance of your hosts, prepare three authentic Khmer dishes and then enjoy the delicious lunch you have created together.

After lunch, continue riding through peaceful villages and picturesque rice paddies on your return to Siem Reap. Along the way, experience the rhythms of rural Cambodian life as you visit family-run duck and chicken farms, see water buffalo grazing in the fields, and stop to observe the daily activities of local villagers. Complete the ride back to our office in Siem Reap city centre, where your driver will transfer you back to your hotel.
