Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville Self-guided

Upon arrival in Phnom Penh, you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to our Cambodia Biking office in the city center. There, our team will welcome you and assist with bike fitting, tour briefing, and route explanation. We will also help you download the cycling routes via Ride with GPS and provide important information on safety, riding conditions, and emergency contacts. The rest of the day is free to relax, explore Phnom Penh, or enjoy a gentle warm-up ride around the city.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred by the support vehicle to the starting point in Kampong Speu. From there, ride along quiet back roads, enjoying scenic views of palm trees, rice paddies, and traditional Khmer stilt houses. Stop for lunch and a visit at Moun Rithy Zoo, where you can see a variety of animals. Continue cycling through small villages, interacting with local families along the way. The day ends with a transfer by the support vehicle to a local house for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, we begin riding from the homestay to Ta Tokeo. This area is very remote, dotted with villages and rice paddies, and rarely visited by tourists, so you can expect a truly authentic experience. Along the way, locals will often greet you warmly, adding to the charm of the journey. Today’s ride focuses on interacting with villagers, visiting local pagodas and schools, and observing the daily life and activities of the community. The day ends with a transfer by the support vehicle to Ta Keo for your overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will be transferred by the support vehicle to the day’s starting point. Today’s ride takes you to Kep, Cambodia’s charming southern beach city. Along the way, you will pass Kampong Trach Cave and observe local farming activities. Upon arrival in Kep, enjoy swimming at the beach and a relaxing ride around the coastal area before checking in to your hotel for an overnight stay

After breakfast, you will cycle along the coastal roads of Kep toward Kampot. Along the way, stop to visit a pepper plantation for a coffee break and explore the local salt fields. Continue riding to Tada Waterfall, where you can swim and relax before being transferred by the support vehicle to your hotel in Kampot for the overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Ream National Park, the starting point for today’s ride. Ream National Park is a protected coastal area featuring mangrove forests, wildlife, and scenic coastal landscapes, making it a perfect starting point for a memorable cycling day. From here, you will ride to Sihanoukville, enjoying the park’s natural beauty along the way.

Upon arrival in Sihanoukville, Cambodia’s bustling beach city and port, you will check in to your hotel and say goodbye to your support vehicle driver. Take the rest of the day to relax, explore the city, or enjoy the sandy beaches and seaside views.
